  • 1 cup All-purpose flour

  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, and granulated sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the chopped pecans.
