Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Whipped Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and unsalted butter. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Press the flour mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
  9. Serve with whipped cream on top.
