  • 2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 9-inch Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  5. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
