Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
