Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 1.5 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 0.75 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve with whipped cream on top.
