  • 2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Golden marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, eggs, evaporated milk, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and butter until crumbly. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  7. Preheat the broiler.
  8. Sprinkle the golden marshmallows on top of the pie.
  9. Place the pie under the broiler until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted.
  10. Remove from the broiler and let it cool before serving.
