  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggnog, granulated sugar, eggs, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
