  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until well combined.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
