  • 200 gram Pie Crust
  • 1.5 cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 0.5 cup Pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the canned pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for at least 3 hours.
  6. Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with pecans. Enjoy!
