Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, milk, pumpkin puree, melted butter, and egg. Mix well.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the large bowl and stir until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and ground cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  8. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  9. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough, then sprinkle dried cranberries on top.
  10. Starting from one of the long sides, roll the dough tightly into a log.
  11. Use a sharp knife to cut the log into 12 equal slices.
  12. Place the slices in the greased baking dish, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  13. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  14. While the rolls are baking, prepare the maple icing by whisking together powdered sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk in a small bowl.
  15. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  16. Drizzle the maple icing over the warm rolls.
  17. Serve and enjoy!
