  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared jelly roll pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
