Add flour, butter, egg, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a bun.

In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze.
