  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ginger
  • 0.5 cup Walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the walnuts and raisins.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer the pumpkin bread to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
