Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.

Divide the batter evenly into three bowls.

Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until well combined.

Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.

Drop spoonfuls of each colored batter into the pans, alternating colors.

Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors together.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pans for 10 minutes.

Transfer the cakes to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, place one cake layer on a serving plate.

Spread a layer of powdered sugar on top.

Repeat with the remaining cake layers, stacking them on top of each other.

Decorate the top of the cake with additional powdered sugar and optional bunny decorations.
