Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Praline topping
  • 1 unit Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, evaporated milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  5. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  6. Spread the praline topping over the cooled pie.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
