Ingredients
  • 250 gram Fettuccine
  • 300 gram Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add cooked fettuccine and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  7. Grease a pie dish and transfer the fettuccine mixture into it. Press down gently.
  8. Pour the meat sauce over the fettuccine mixture. Spread evenly.
  9. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
