  • 8 ounce Pie crust
  • 1.5 cup Canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C), then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
