Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Salmon fillets
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 50 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 2 piece Green onions
  • 10 gram Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.
  2. Cook the salmon fillets in a pan until cooked through, then flake them into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flaked salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the potato'n salmon cakes until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or dip.
