Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grease a pie dish with butter. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
  4. Pour half of the egg mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, egg mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
