Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 3 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large Egg yolks
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • optional for garnish Lemon slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the pie crust, poppy seeds, and lemon zest. Press the mixture into a pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  7. Top with whipped cream and garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
