  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a popover pan or muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Gradually add the milk while whisking.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and whisk until well combined.
  5. Melt the butter and pour it into the batter, stirring until fully incorporated.
  6. Fill each cup of the popover pan or muffin tin about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Remove the popovers from the oven and let them rest in the pan for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve warm.
