Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and evaporated milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve with whipped cream on top.
