  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place in greased pan; press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Firmly press perforations to seal.
  3. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread over crust in pan. Arrange peach slices over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown. Cool 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm or cool. Store in refrigerator.
