Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, cook the shrimp and andouille sausage until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the bell pepper, onion, celery, and garlic until tender.

In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Creole mustard, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cooked shrimp, andouille sausage, and sautéed vegetables to the bowl and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Cut the French bread into 1-inch thick slices and arrange in a greased baking dish.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices, making sure each slice is coated.

Spread the shrimp and sausage mixture evenly over the bread slices.

Dot the top of the pie with butter.
