  • 200 gram Pie Crust
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, cornmeal, all-purpose flour, and salt.
  3. Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then add them to the mixture.
