Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup Cream of coconut
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  3. Fold in the pineapple chunks and shredded coconut.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until chilled.
  8. Top with whipped cream before serving.
