  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.75 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and instant coffee powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond milk, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the vegan dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
