  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until well combined.
  4. Add the key lime juice and lime zest to the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
