In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the coffee and milk. Stir in the sour cream and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cakes to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
