  • 2 cup Persimmons
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the persimmons, flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the chopped walnuts and raisins.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with whipped cream on top.
