  • 2 cup Persimmons
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 9-inch Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and chop the persimmons.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the persimmons, sugar, flour, butter, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  5. Pour the persimmon mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 1 hour.
