Ingredients
  • 100 gram Plain flour
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 300 milliliter Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, sift the flour and salt together.
  3. Create a well in the center of the flour mixture and crack the eggs into it. Whisk the eggs and gradually incorporate the flour.
  4. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking until the batter becomes smooth.
  5. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Place a muffin tin in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until hot.
  7. Carefully remove the hot tin from the oven and pour the vegetable oil evenly into each compartment.
  8. Pour the batter into the tin, filling each compartment about halfway.
  9. Sprinkle black pepper on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
  11. Serve immediately.
