  • 2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 9-inch Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes, or until the pie is set.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours.
