Ingredients
  • 4 cup Peaches
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pie crust Unbaked pie crust
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Pour the peach mixture into the crust.
  4. Dot the top of the pie with butter.
  5. Cover the pie with the second pie crust or create a lattice pattern with strips of dough.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Allow the pie to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
