  • 16 ounce Pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Pepper-Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Black olives
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a 12-inch (30 cm) pizza pan.
  3. Transfer the dough to the pan and brush with olive oil.
  4. In a skillet, sauté the garlic and spinach until wilted.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  6. Top with the sautéed spinach, pepper-jack cheese, sliced red bell pepper, and black olives.
  7. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
