  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a pie dish or tart pans.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Stir until the sugars are dissolved.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the sugar mixture. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Arrange the pecans on the pie crust and pour the sugar mixture over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the filling is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
