Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 package Pie crust
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 package Gravy mix
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together pecans, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, all-purpose flour, and milk.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles.
  4. Press the pie crust circles into a mini muffin tin.
  5. Fill each pie crust with the pecan mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pie crust is golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, prepare the gravy according to the package instructions.
  8. Let the pecan pie bites cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.
  9. Serve the pecan pie bites with warm gravy on top. Enjoy!
