Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the unsalted butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, granulated sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Pour the pecan mixture over the baked crust.
