Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream
  • As desired for garnish Pecan halves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in flour and sour cream until well combined.
  5. Fold in chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes or until center is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
