Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out half of the pie crust and line a pie dish.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced pears, dried cranberries, mincemeat, lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.

Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut it into strips. Arrange the strips in a lattice pattern over the filling.

In a small bowl, beat the egg with milk. Brush the egg wash over the lattice crust.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
