In a large bowl, mix together pears, blueberries, granulated sugar, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt.

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.

Dot the top with butter.

Cover the pie with another pie crust or create a lattice pattern with strips of pie crust.
