Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the milk, peanut butter, and butter over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.
