  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 0.75 cup Milk
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Divide the batter evenly among a greased muffin tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
