Ingredients
  • 1 box Yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry jelly
  • 1 container Whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. While the cake is still warm, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk over low heat until smooth and well combined.
  6. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the warm cake, making sure it fills the holes.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the strawberry jelly until smooth. Pour the jelly over the peanut butter layer.
  8. Allow the cake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  9. Before serving, spread the whipped topping over the cake and sprinkle with peanuts.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.
