Peanut Butter-Chocolate Cake

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix well until combined.

Stir in boiling water. The batter will be thin, but that's okay.

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.

In another bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese-peanut butter mixture.

Place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread a layer of the peanut butter cream on top.
