Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a classic American combination, and these muffins give it a fun twist!

In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, peanut butter, and egg.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter.

Spoon a dollop of strawberry jelly onto the center of each muffin cup.

Top with more batter until the muffin cups are about 3/4 full.
