Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the peach mixture into the crust.

Dot the top of the peach mixture with small pieces of unsalted butter.

Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the peach mixture. Seal the edges and cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
