  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add the heavy cream and continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. Arrange the peach slices on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Heat the raspberry jam in a small saucepan until melted. Drizzle the melted jam over the peaches.
  7. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the peaches.
  8. Decorate the top with fresh raspberries.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the pie is set.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
