  • 4 cup Peaches
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 9-inch Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, ground cinnamon, salt, and unsalted butter. Mix with your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Trim the edges and crimp them with a fork.
  5. Pour the peach mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the peaches, covering them completely.
  7. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  8. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
