  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Fresh peaches
  • 0.25 cup Sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a tart pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, egg, almond extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into the prepared tart pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly.
